The Harrison Clinic Ltd
An established and reputable business, this client already had a social media presence but felt that a lack of understanding was preventing them from utilising it to its full advantage.
Having 'tuned up' their social media sites, we created a content plan focusing on key elements of their business plan. Strategic and timely content backed up with E-Newsletters ensured a multi-platform approach, which began generating new business immediately.
This client was also spending a large budget on search marketing. We completed a full review and made some significant changes to increase local exposure to a targeted audience whilst simultaneously reducing their costs.
SiCan Property Maintenance
Having made the decision to start a new business, this client required the full package and is one of our biggest success stories.
We started with business start-up advice, logo creation, business cards and flyers.
To compliment this, a social media launch campaign on Facebook, Google+, Twitter and LinkedIn supported with ongoing Facebook advertising and Twitter presence.
In addition to this we set our client up with email and a web domain. We liaised with a web design agency, who built the site.
We additionally produce direct mail and email marketing campaigns as requested.
We are delighted to say this is now an established business with a strong client base.
Creative Flooring Ltd
Having decided to launch a social media campaign this client had already built a Facebook page but needed assistance with posts and developing stronger relationships with the local audience.
They had only been sharing images of their work, which visitors weren't engaging with. We began producing scaled graphics, which could not only be posted to their page, but also shared onto local advertising sites.
Adding service pages to their Facebook page enables visitors to quickly see what products they supply.
We also expanded their Google+ site with logo and images, built a Twitter page as well as a Streetlife classified page and began tweeting their work directly to the relevant suppliers, developing their twitter profile to create relationships with suppliers and customers alike.
Together we ran a series of promotions such as 'like and comment' competitions to gain greater local presence in addition to promoting sales and special offer. One giveaway promotion reached over 9000 local people.
The Loyal Treatment
Operating as an established business, we were approached by The Loyal Treatment to grow their presence both online and offline.
The first priority was a copy deadline for an advertisement in a magazine, which was only a week ahead. My client was unhappy with the previous content and wanted to create a more eye catching display advert without the cost associated with using a graphic designer.
We were able to create simple visuals scaled to fit the page at very little cost. The business also required some posters for a pavement sign. I created A1 graphics and arranged for them to be printed onto a weatherproof plastic dealing directly with the printers.
To support this offline advertising, we also renewed the existing Facebook and Twitter pages, added new content, gave it a new cover, some new notes and calls to action. I created special offers and started paid advertising on Facebook to gain a greater presence within the local area.
I also created new Google+ and LinkedIn pages for the business to improve SEO.
The website was up and running but it wasn't mobile friendly or social media integrated I integrated social media and made it responsive.
The White Room Massage
Having run a successful massage therapy business from commercial premises this client had relocated to her own therapy room and wanted to re brand her business and attract more clients. I started by working with a graphic designer to create a new logo based around her existing one.
Having chosen a suitable name together over a cuppa, I created a simple website for this client integrated with a small element of e-commerce in the form of a vouchers page linked to paypal and voucher templates.
To support the new website I reworked the Facebook page to align all the new branding and imagery.
Body & Brain Yoga, TaiChi Reading
As a worldwide franchise operation I was approached to help launch a new start up branch in Reading. With the support of the head office a web page and associated brand imagery were already in place. The Reading franchisee needed to create a presence locally and to build a client base.
I started by setting up a Facebook and Twitter page and began scheduling posts and sharing relevant information. Within 24hours of set up the business had already been retweeted to over 17'000 local people.
Ongoing, I provided training to the business owner to enable them to post to the site. I also ran a series of advertisments and created special offers to promote specific workshops, memberships and classes.
Carpet & Fabric Care Ltd
Having embarked upon a redevelopment of their web site Carpet & Fabric Care came to realise that they were losing business because they were not engaging effectively with their customers via social Media. In a fiercely competative market driven by price they wanted to showcase their 40 years of experience and knowledge. Initially I restored their Facebook Page and Created a new Streelife presence. I began posting offers and promotions on Facebook group pages.
Liasing with a web development and graphic design company I offered advice on the web content & branding.
Rotary Club of Pangbourne (Charity Work)
Having helped with fundraising events I began a dialogue with The Rotary Club of Pangbourne and discovered that they needed assistance promoting their fundraising events to the local audience. As I am active on many local Social Media sites I was happy to offer my services Free of Charge to help with future projects.
I now actively share local events and tweet to local businesses and media.
